I don’t know what Dean Cain’s basketball skill level is, but my guess is it’s not good enough to compete in MTV Rock N’ Jock Basketball or one of the NBA All-Star Weekend Celebrity Games, let alone good enough to compete with players who are one step short of playing in the NBA. Nevertheless, watch Dean do something amazing as he catches a pass right under the basket and lays it in. Then he does something even more amazing and makes some wide open college range three pointers with no defenders on him. That kind of ability is sure to land him a job in Fayetville. I love when Dean points out that there’s always room for John Paxson and Steve Kerr on teams, as if he fits that mold.
And by the way, I am not above using some play-on-words kryptonite joke for this situation. So on that note, my feeling is that Dean Cain’s kryptonite on the basketball court is probably the rubber orange ball, the metal rim, the other team, himself, and his teammates. Other than that, he’s invincible when he hoops.
