I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - I know the WWF…err…the WWE is not per se ’sports’. But I still like to talk about it now and then, so I’m going to subject you to another one of my WWE posts.
Anyway, WWE announcer Michael Cole is perhaps one of the more panzy-sounding commentators the WWE has ever had. Sometimes he makes Lord Alfred Hayes seem excessively masculine. However, when Michael Cole gets on a radio show that’s uncensored, he sheds his nerdy WWE announcing demeanor and gets downright nasty. Check out Michael’s response to a caller into the radio show (I think this is on Stern) who wants Tazz (Cole’s former co-commentator for the WWE) to do the entire show himself.
All I know is I haven’t heard the insult ‘f**khead’ in far too long, and I thoroughly enjoyed it here. Maybe next time Cole can go Shawshank and drop the ‘f**kstick* insult.
